Today, as a Senior Consultant at Molecule2Market, Rigard oversees projects that span the full spectrum of clinical trial development and execution. His work involves meticulous coordination, from planning and site selection to monitoring progress and ensuring every detail aligns with regulatory and ethical standards.

One of the most complex trials Rigard has supported was a multi-country oncology study with strict inclusion criteria and slow recruitment. Managing staggered approvals and keeping timelines intact required clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Through conversations with site staff, Rigard discovered a misunderstanding of inclusion criteria at several sites.
